Terms and Conditions

Our General Terms and Conditions apply universally to all our services. Any alternative terms, including those of the customer, are not valid. Notifications can be communicated through statements, invoices, or regular emails.

  • Our team is prepared to guide you through the entire process of drafting and validating your waiver, covering ECTN, BESC, BIETC, CTN, FERI, upon receipt of the correct documents.
  • Failure to submit the necessary documents as advised by the Pelship team may lead to the shipper's/consignee's/forwarder's responsibility and potential delays or rejection of the waiver.
  • Cancellation requests post-issuance of draft and invoice are subject to a cancellation fee. Additionally, once a waiver is confirmed, it is considered validated, and no cancellation requests will be entertained.
  • To receive your validated document, ensure settlement of the invoice through our online platform or by bank transfer with the invoice reference stated. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive your validated copy.
  • The release or rejection of a validated waiver is solely decided by destination authorities, including any imposed penalties. Claims cannot be raised against us; such matters should be discussed with the concerned parties at the destination.
